We learned the age and identity of the victim, he is 34 year old matthew bates. We understand that the homicide beating with multiple suspects, we have some video we shot from earlier this morning. Police were called here at 2 15 this morning. The victim is from australia. There was a verbal altercation that turned physical, emergency crews rushed the victim to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Investigators are following up on what they said are strong leads.
