We start this hour with developing news from san jose. 15 people are without a home this morning after a fire ripped through a two story Apartment Building. The blaze broke out about 3 00 this morning in the 5700 block of tucson drive. Investigators say the fire started in the second floor unit and it burned to the apartment below.
