We begin with breaking news out of Martinez Police shoot and kill a suspect outside a marijuana dispensary. It happened along Sunrise Drive near the interstate 680 highway four interchange ktvu Crime Reporter henry lee. Hes there live from the scene. Henry, were learning that dispensary now closed for the day. Yeah james it is. And in fact, Sunrise Drive is closed through to traffic the through traffic here. Now weve pushed back from the scene. The scene is right near Sunrise Drive and pacheco boulevard as Martinez Police investigate this deadly shooting. Lets show you some video from earlier. This deadly confrontation erupted before dawn today outside the velvet cannabis dispensary in martinez and happened about 330 this morning in front of the business on Sunrise Drive. Martinez police intercepted a blue infiniti g 37, outside the dispensary, and that led to shots being fired by po
