This is one of at least 9 people who finally came out of a barricaded house on Shenandoah Court in a normally quiet and well cared for neighborhood in fairfield to he, like others, came out at different times wednesday. This began at 7 am wednesday. The u. S. Secret service and federal marshal had arrived at the home but had not said who or what they were looking for. They were conducting an operation and stated they had someone barricaded in a home. So our officers responded out and confirmed that there was someone barricaded in the home.
