San mateo Police Arrested two men identified as 18yearold Moufassa Haulcy and 19yearold mark questions banks. They are only tied to the burglaries at tracks auto and theft of two vehicles at brand motors also here in san mateo, police are now looking to see if they could be connected to a series of other car thefts in san jose, santa clara and also belmont.
