Crews are racing tonight to complete construction of the new presidio parkway. Here is a live look at the construction going onto night. We have seen them bringing in bars and pouring concrete. The concrete is quick setting. If all goes as planned, it will be cured by tomorrow. They also need to finish paving the road and install a median. They are still on pace for an on the time opening ahead of the monday morning commute. But even when this big project is done, there will still be the need for more closures in the weeks ahead. Reporter i spoke by phone with investigators about the rest of two College Students in connection with the shooting at the motel 6 on commerce boulevard. Authorities say suspected gunman ronnie paul thread gil was caught on camera getting out of a vehicle in the motel parking lot. He is accused of shooting and alleged prostitute in a motel room and shooting a man in the head with the gun before running back to the vehicle a short time later. The man and another man were stopped by Police Minutes after the shooting leave in a jackin thebox. They told the officers they were Football Players grabbing food and were released. Soon, investigators connected the dots. Despairing comparing the video, they were able to see the similarity. The young men were in the same car driving away from the motel in the surveillance video. The officer also noticed strange behavior that raised red flags. Noticed some suspicious activity being that the passenger had his shirt on inside out. Investigators put a
