Reporter the man inside of that car was rushed to temple hospital with serious burns. Residents tell us this is a quiet neighborhood but it was anything but it 5 30 this morning when they heard a man yelling for hope. I spoke to one witness off camera who said the man who was burned was also bound and the man was begging for them to help them remove the restraints from his hands. And police and firefighters and fire marshall responded to the scene. We were here this morning when investigators photographed the car and searched for evidence nearby. I checked in with police, we were hoping to get an update on the victims condition and more about the unusual circumstances surrounding this fire and this neighborhood street.
