This is wreathlaying ceremony. It was one year ago today they were gunned down inside their patrol car on the street. Officers rushed to the scene but it was too late. Detectives raf yale ramos and wenjian lou were killed and their attacker turned the gun himself. The violence brought the Brooklyn Community out in mourning as a memorial grew in the spot where the detectives were killed.
