New Delhi [India], May 11 (ANI): A Delhi Court on Tuesday reserved order on the bail pleas of Matrix Cellular CEO Gaurav Khanna and other accused in connection with a case relating to the allegedly hoarding of oxygen concentrators in a restaurant in South Delhi.
Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Arun Kumar Garg said that he will pronounce the order tomorrow.
During the hearing, the court also slammed Delhi Police for coming out with a government notification on May 7 relating to selling of COVID-19 equipment not above the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) but registering the FIR in the present matter on May 5, two days before the notification.

New Delhi [India], May 10 (ANI): Matrix Cellular Services on Monday approached the Delhi High Court seeking directions for immediate release of oxygen concentrators seized by Delhi Police from its collection centre in Lodhi Colony and its office premises in Mehrauli.
The company said in its plea that there is no basis for the arbitrary, irresponsible and highly capricious conduct on part of the respondent Delhi Police in seizing the essential commodities such as the oxygen concentrators when the people in Delhi are in dire need of the same.
NEW DELHI: The Delhi Police has transferred the case of alleged black-marketing and hoarding of oxygen concentrators in which over 500 machines were recovered to the Crime Branch, officials said on Saturday.
On Friday, police recovered 105 oxygen concentrators during raids at two upscale restaurants in the Khan Market area and arrested one person.

Police on Thursday recovered 419 oxygen concentrators during raids at a restaurant and a farmhouse in south Delhi and arrested four men. A senior police officer said that the case of alleged hoarding of 524 oxygen concentrators has been transferred to the Delhi Police Crime Branch. “With further seizure of 105 #OxygenConcentrator from Khan Chacha & Town Hall, 2 upscale restaurants in Khan Mkt, total 524 seized frm #blackmarketers Owner Navneet Kalra, also owns Dayal Opticals, is on run.

NEW DELHI: Initial probe and analysis of documents and invoices by Delhi Police in the case of seizure of over 500 oxygen concentrators have allegedly shown that between April 17 and May 3, restaurateur Navneet Kalra and his aides from Matrix Cellular procured 7,500 concentrators worth Rs 13 crore.
In April, around 5,200 units were apparently delivered by Kalra and team whereas 1,858 units were sold in the first three-four days of May. We are still going through the documents, but most of these concentrators, it seems clear, were bought at a rate of Rs 14,000-18,000. There are twothree consignments which came for around Rs 23,000-24,000 each,” a senior police officer told TOI. DCP (South) Atul Thakur said invoices showing the concentrators having been sold for Rs 70,000 and more have been seized.
