Marshall Scott Roush surrendered at the San Patricio County Sheriff's Department at 8:30 a.m. Monday. He's now facing nine counts of Tampering With Physical Evidence.
KRIS 6 News was informed that Chief Marshall Roush, who was initially placed on paid administrative leave in late January of 2024, is no longer an employee of the city as of 9 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 9.
