Hes pleaded not guilty to charges against him those include murder, rape and Sexual Assault. Gonzalez accused of killing 8yearold Madison Middleton at their santa cruz apartment complex in july then throwing her body in the dumpster. Supporter of little girls family held photos outside the courthouse today. We want to make sure that shes represented here as well as as well as the person that took her life.
