Thursday. Its happened again. The socalled black hat bandits have robbed another bank. Today it was the wells fargo in falls church. Right now detectives are investigating an area right behind the wells fargo. Witnesses say that after robbing the wells fargo the suspects ran right through here so thats why this area is important to police. This wells fargo in falls church is the eighth bank in maryland in Northern Virginia that these so called black hat bandits have hit since january 2nd according to the fbi. Reporter todays robbery happened around 12 45 this afternoon. Authorities say three men are involved. Two armed men one black one white who enter the bank, and one who waits in a getaway car. Im told today they were in and out of the bank in roughly two minutes. While theyre inside the fbi says theyve gotten more brazen with each attempt threatening customers and tellers, at items pointing and holding guns to customers heads and jumping the teller counters as they make their deman

Sky 9 out over the scene at the 8600 block of kelso terrace about two miles from the county air park. Police say the man apeerss to be alone and he may be intoxicated. Were told police evacuated two neighbors. To the best of our knowledge, no one has been hurt. Were also following a developing story in Northern Virginia where the socalled black hat bandits have done it again. Todays bank robbery took place in falls church not far from where the serial robbers struck before.
