Jeffrey and Debra Roush
Jeffrey and Debra Roush celebrated their 50th Anniversary Feb. 13, 2021. They married during a heavy snowstorm on February 13, 1971 in Vienna, W.Va., by Rev. Crites.
Jeff and Debbie met in their high school years at PHS and have been together ever since.
Jeff is the son of Kenneth Roush and the late Peggy Roush. Debbie is the daughter of the late Bill Winans, Maxine Winans, and the step daughter of Mary Winans.
Jeff & Debbie have two blessed daughters: Cindy Rucker and her husband Chris (Zanesville, Ohio), and Rhonda Snyder and her husband Jon (Williamstown, W.Va.). The couple have four amazing grandchildren: Bekah, Nate, Kate, & Matt.
