About 40 to 60mile an hour wind gusts for the north bay mountains and right over the diablo range. We are looking at very low relative humidity values. Starting off current relative down to 12 in napa. Looking at 11 in livermore, 21 in fairfield. As we go through our day we will see that sunshine, temperatures will be above average for this time of year. Looking at 73 in San Francisco, 76 oakland, 79 san jose and 80 for conford.
