Traffic is diverted to 32. That road goes on 5 into the modesto. Its one lane in each direction and there are stop signs on it. So trucks and cars and people trying to get home from Southern California are stuck on this thing not only that, but 132 only gets you into modesto and then you have to go northbound on highway 33.
