So, i go up to the window and i look and i look across the way and theres like a towering inferno of smoke and everything, so i watched it until they finally evacuated us. Neighbors say its not the first time a truck has overturned on this ramp. Thats not the first time trucks turn over on that off ramp all the time coming around there.
