yards of the family and neighbors. kimberly terry joins us from morgan hill. i know the scene must have been intense. what was it like when the agents arrived and started canvassing that community? it was about 45 to 50 agents. they came in fast and then split. half of them went to the left side of the street. the other half went to the other side. investigators came back to where it all started. sierra lamar s home, where she headed to school right before she disappeared. they revisited the area tonight. looking for anything that could help that in this investigation. this evening, fbi agents swarmed the neighborhood where 15-year-old sierra lamar was last season. search and rescue dogs were brought in. it appeared agents focused intently on one neighbor s home. they spent about an hour and a half inside the gate. no indication if anything related to the case was found. earlier today, the santa clara county s sheriff office, said they found lamar s juicy couture purse. it
they say they were both neatly folded. these are items that are identified by forensics and her family as belonging to sierra. with the confirmation of this discovery, the sheriff s office this morning has started another search. this one more extensive than what took place over the weekend. within the past hour and a half, about 50 search and rescue personnel along with k-9s have fanned out to go over an area of a three mile radius of sierra lamar s home. it will include private property, fields, waterways and gulleys. the dogs are trained in both finding human remains and living people. they re looking for any evidence of a crime, clothing,onwes, ti tirera t e tracks, eckce at ge n s ifshacco tinf to a sg geant we oneriff s office.ce ndsu on sunday, searchers found sierra s bag off the intersection of santa teresa and laguna, north of her home, where her cell phone was found. because no one saw her leave her home, investigators don t know if she had been wearing the clothes
