Where high winds, very gusty winds toppled trees and power poles in the area. As you can see pg e crews have had this roadway blocked off. 400 people in this neighborhood are without power. Since friday more than 121,000 people have been impacted with outages. 4,000 people with without power. The hardest areas hit. The knot bay and peninsula. One outage shut down a save mart Grocery Store in antioch. I was bagging and the power went out. And turned back on. And went back out. There was a few people in here.
