As president kennedy said in his speech at Rice University in september, 1962, we choose to go to the moon in this decade and do the other things not because they are easy but because they are hard. There is no better explanation that captures the american spirit. We choose to take joint leaps. We choose to know the unknown. We choose to lead into the future.
