Deputy Tim Hubbard with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop early Monday morning, February 12th, and arrested a Plymouth man. 28-year-old Dario Carvajal-Santos of Lincolnway East was driving and was found to not ever have obtained a license.
