While on routine patrol Marshall County Sheriff Deputy Tim Hubbard stopped a vehicle for aggressive driving at about 5:30 last Wednesday morning. While talking with the driver the deputy noticed an odor commonly associated with marijuana coming from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was conducted, and the officer found marijuana in the vehicle.
