JRMC Polar Pig Virtual Auction Successful

By Brianna Mayhair JAMESTOWN, N.D. (JRMC) – The Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.s) understands the impact a quality hospice program has on a community. Jamestown Regional Medical Center’s Hospice program has made such an impact on the members of their group. That’s why they host the Polar Pig “Walk the Plank” fundraiser each year. “This year we are grateful for the group’s agility to rework the event to a virtual auction and “Ice Bucket Ride”‘ said Lisa Jackson, JRMC Foundation Director. The event was a success, raising more than $21,500. “With your gifts, JRMC Hospice provides medical, emotional and spiritual care. They help prepare patients and family for the stages of end-of-life in a compassionate and meaningful way,” said Jackson.
