San francisco opening their doors. We are outside of one of the shelters now at the Mission Neighborhood Resource Center on capp street where they opened the doors one hour early at 6 00 instead of 7 00 and they will be open to 24 hours a day through wednesday offering a place to escape the cold. Temperatures are dropping down to 37 degrees which is dangerous for anyone out in a long time. Shelters around the city are expending their hours of operation ready to taking those in need. Officials will allow any adult who needs a place to occupy any vacant bed after 8 00 pm even without a reservation.
