Las Vegas Weekly La Comida is set to reopen on March 4. Denise Truscello The Morton Group’s Downtown cantina,  La Comida, is set to reopen on March 4 after closing several months ago in response to COVID mandates. “We feel like the timing is right for us to reopen our doors, get our people back to work and bring the good times back to La Comida,” says founder Michael Morton. Expect an updated menu from chef Mario Garcia and the return of favorite fresh fruit margaritas and cocktails. La Comida will operate Tuesday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from noon to midnight and Sunday from noon to 10 p.m.
