They have this amazing curiosity about the world. Theres this willingness to follow the threads of interests, not being clear where those threads will take them. In my book i talk about this as a slow hunch, this idea innovation doesnt often come from lightbulb moments. It comes from getting interested in something without a clear idea why youre interested in it and following that interest for sometimes for decades, and just kind of teasing it out until turns into something that is transformative that can change the world.
