Than a decade, the state Supreme Court has a new leader. Judge cosa plaqueonas was sworn in this afternoon. We learn more on this story. Its been more than 15 years since South Carolina has sworn in a new chief justice. But just a little over an hour ago, they officially became the leader of the states high court. Prior to taking the chief justice, he served as the high courts associate justice since 2000. He succeeds long consider time chief jess gene toll who filled the position for 16 years.
