Ready to double down. Seven months ago he signed an executive action to stop the deportation of the children of undocumented immigrants. Seven weeks ago he eased the citizenship application process for undocumented workers with close family members already living in the United States, and three weeks ago the president announced 23 executive actions on gun safety. Now there are reports he is prepping a flurry of new executive actions, including mortgage relief for struggling homeowners allowing hem to refinance at lower rates, antidiscriminate protections for gays and lesbians who work for the Government Contractors and epa carbon caps on existing power plants. Iowa republican senator Chuck Grassley is not pleased with all this action and has countered with a defense of inaction. Investigators have located charred human remains within the debris of that burned out cabin, where its believed Christopher Dorner was holed up. If dorner is positively identified, it would bring an end to the manhunt for the former lapd officer. Abcs brandi hitt has more from l. A. Reporter the manhunt for accused copkiller, Christopher Dorner, now centers on this burned out cabin east of los angeles. We learned overnight that a charred body has now been removed. We believe that someone was inside. We had reason to believe that that was Christopher Dorner. Reporter after days on the run, witnesses say they spotted dorner tuesday afternoon, not far from where his burned out truck was found last thursday. And just ahead of the labor departments december employment report, theres a preview showing signs of strength and resilience in the job market. The adp numbers show businesses added 215,000 jobs last month, the biggest gain in 10 months. There was a jump in construction jobs.
