The suspects are not affiliated with the school and they said they thought it was very important for everybody to be together today. We are going to get through this, good or bad we come together. Sal . We have a lot of slow traffic out there. The commute is really beginning to fill in in many areas. Start with the east bay commute. Look at the bay bridge toll plaza, which is backed up for 15 to 20 minutes before you get on to the span. There are no major problems getting into San Francisco. The traffic continues to be sluggish but not bad on that upper deck of the bay bridge. Take a look at oakland. Traffic is not bad on 880 northbound and southbound.
