Reporter school is in session a day after this shooting, even though the suspects in this case with still on the loose. The suspects are not affiliated with the school and they said they thought it was very important for everybody to be together today. We are going to get through this, good or bad we come together. Reporter chalked messages greeted students coming to june Jordan High School this morning one day after four students were shot in the parking lot. We are going to heal from this and we have to continue to use compassion. Reporter school had just let out when the gunfire erupted and three students ran into the school bleeding. I was getting ready to leave the school at 9 15, everybody running. Reporter the school was placed on lockout to make sure there was no active shooter on site. We did the best that we could and we provided a safe place immediately. Reporter four suspects were seen running from the school in san franciscos excelsior district. It was shocking. It was very shocking. Reporter rubio knew the four students who were shot. I was very closed to, um, one particular student name cheyenne. Reporter the only girl who was shot was the most badly injured. Shot in the torso. Police say she is in serious condition today. This is a really difficult time for this community and for this enabled. Reporter since this school is focused on social justice, students and staffers blame larger issues at play. What we will continue to do is continue to get to the root causes of why young men feel so hopeless in this world and this society that they would take another young mans life so quickly. Reporter all four of the students are expected to survive including the one who didnt run into the school for help the one that ended up 2. 5 miles away at the Bayview Police department. Witnesses told police that a man in a wheelchair entered the san antonio Neighborhood Health center on international boulevard just before 6 30 last night then detonated what appeared to be a pipe bomb. Authorities are calling it an apparent suicide. No other injuries were reported. And a bomb squad swept the scene and deputies searched for other explosive devices just in case. New at noon, two firefighters and two civilians are hurt after a natural gas explosion rocked the commercial district in portland, oregon. It happened around 10 00 this morning. People in the area say the blast blew out windows and it felt like an earthquake. Investigators now say workers at a construction site hit a gas line before the explosion. They say that doesnt belong here in this county and wont be tolerated the suggestion of election rigging and voter fraud is completely unfounded and ridiculous. We dont take this lightly. Reporter the message from Santa Clara County leaders today, dont be afraid of intimidation at the polls. Were afraid they discourage voters to come to the polls afraid of harassment. Reporter the registrar of voters held the News Conference because the election is stolen and rigged. You have to get everybody you know and you have to watch your polling booths. In some states, we have some county where theres 100 for one person, nothing the odds of that 100 for one person is impossible. Right now, politicians are saying theres no evidence a wave of supporters are planning to hit the polls to warn of voter fraud and even if they do, they are not allowed to talk to voters inside polling places. Quick thinking neighbors helped three people escape from this burning home in san jose overnight. The fire started around 11 a. M. On anselmo avenue. One neighbor says that he was about to go to sleep when he heard popping noises next door and noticed smoke. Thats when he and another neighbor hopped a fence and helped pull the victims out. A fourth person was trapped inside and crews got him out. The cause of the fire is under investigation. A few hours ago raiders owner mark davis made his pitch for moving to las vegas. Now the Transportation Department is proposing new rules to ease the pain starting with luggage. The government already requires carriers refund checked bag fees when luggage is lost. The new rules would go a step further and include refunds for bags that are substantially delayed. Also, when it comes to flight delays, airlines would not only have to report their own delays, but their regional partners, as well. And there could be more transparency when you buy a ticket online. Sites that sell Airline Tickets would be prohibited from favoring one airline and not showing all available ticket prices. Not everyone is happy with the proposal. Airlines for america, a pro Airline Trade organization, cautioned the rules could harm customers by reregulating how Airlines Sell their products, driving up the cost of air travel.
