So, because of those very intense winds and that low developing, a high wind watch goes into effect for the entire viewing area saturday evening into sunday where winds could gust 50 to 60 miles an hour. That could create some Power Outages saturday into sunday morning and you combine that with the intense cold, you may want to have some alternate plans to stay warm in case that happens because by monday morning our forecast slow 2 degrees and that will be the coldest start to philadelphias lets just say morning in 21 years.
