The budget for the sioux rivers regional Mental Health and Disability Services agency came out in september. 3. 5 Million Dollars of that budget comes from Woodbury County taxpayers. And supervisors chairman mark monson says he simply does not understand where the dollars are going. Monson says he wants a more detailed budget report from the agency. 3 my recommendation is to get a budget analyst with the regional guy that does the budget and put it together in a form that all the supervisors can understand. 3 the board is holding off on filling two positions due to budget issues.
