Dorothy Day House ready to extend hours, return services After scaling back as a safety precaution amid COVID-19, Dorothy Day Hospitality House volunteers are opening more beds and adding a nightly meal starting Monday. Beginning Monday, the house will be open from 4 p.m. to 9 a.m. daily, feature a 6 p.m. meal, and offer laundry facilities, coffee, snacks and the trademark hospitality that has long been foundational to the Dorothy Day House experience.
