About a man shouting and waiving a gun around at the windswood oaks apartments. When they arrived, they did see the man that has been identified as a 27yearold. They tried talking to him through the pa system on the cruisers as they tried to deescalate the situation. He had dialogue with him that was very aggressive and confrontational. They kept asking him to drop the gun. He refused to and pointed it directly at them and advanced in their direction at this which time they were in fear of their lives and fired to stake him into custody.
