Shopian, November 10 (Scoop News)-J&K Folk Artists Association and Shah Qalander Folk Theatre in collaboration with District Administration Shopian today organized ‘Mega Cultural Festival’ at the Auditorium of Imtiyaz Memorial Government Degree College (IM-GDC) Shopian, here.
