Solar farm jeopardizes Warren Co.’s agricultural heritage, quality of life, residents say

The site of Harmony Plains between River Road and Garrison Road in Harmony Township is where the township s Land Use Board approved a 600-acre solar project. Opponents say the project will impact soil for agriculture, diminish property values and destroy their quality of life.
