Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia's judicial custody has been extended till April 17 in a money laundering case linked to the Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22.
It is alleged that the Delhi govt s excise policy for 2021-22 to grant licences to liquor traders allowed cartelisation and favoured certain dealers who had allegedly paid bribes for it - a charge strongly refuted by the AAP.
Former Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia's judicial custody was extended till April 3 on Monday by a court here in a case related to the excise policy being probed by the CBI.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Manish Sisodia was sent to judicial custody till March 20. The court allowed the former Delhi deputy CM to carry the Bhagavad Gita, spectacles, and medicine to jail.
