NEW YORK, NY - Greystone, a leading national commercial real estate finance company, has provided a $28,992,000 HUD-insured loan to refinance a 288-unit affordable housing property in Mangonia Park, Florida. The financing was originated by Fred Levine, Managing Director in Greystone’s New York office, on behalf of long-term client Royal Castle Development. The $28,992,00 HUD-insured Section 223(f) financing carries a 35-year term and 35-year amortization, along with a low, fixed interest rate. The property has a LIHTC land use restriction agreement (LURA) that requires limits on tenant income and rent restrictions for all units. Constructed by the borrower in 2000, Hampton Court Apartments consists of 19 garden-style apartment buildings offering two- and three-bedroom units with updated appliances, washer/dryer hook ups, and private outdoor living spaces. Black-owned restaurants continue to multiply in Palm Beach County There’s something decidedly retro about celebrating Black history exclusively in February, especially in a county as diverse as Palm Beach County. Surely there are reasons to celebrate Black history and support Black-owned businesses throughout the year. In that spirit, we offer our running list of Black-owned restaurants in the county. We hope this list will prove handy.  McCray’s Backyard Bar-B-Q, Mangonia Park   Barbecue pitmaster Derrick McCray s meat-smoking talents are well regarded beyond Palm Beach County. He s been catering NFL-sanctioned Super Bowl events since 2007. A longtime roadside pitmaster, McCray is the owner of McCray s Backyard Bar-B-Q in Mangonia Park, which and Riviera Beach. The Mangonia Park location, which opened in the summer of 2019, boasts drive-through and takeout windows.
