By the Property Managers. The locksmith told them he thought there was somebody in the residence. The Property Managers, a man and his wife, went in the backyard of that home. They took their dog and their gun, looking for any unwanted tenants. They found one, and a deadly confrontation followed. The fist fight goes to the ground, at some point, i dont know if he regains his footing. But hes able to retrieve his fire arm. Police say the intruder punched the property manager several times in the face. The dog was also punched. Eventually he was able to get his gun and shoot the intruder.
