Now Authorities Say they do not appear to be accidental. Firefighters returned to the Chestnut Terrace apartments on stenton avenue early sunday morning. Our cameras cents were there as crews evacuated the building. They later found evidence indicate that somebody used gasoline to start fires on the first and third floors. The stopped car, and thats when the girl was struck. I heard a big boom sound. And i look behind, i seen roll over little girl, then fly by me. Sean smith was driving nearby, when he saw what happened. He chased down the driver, not knowing a seven year old was the one that got hit. I knew that hit somebody. I didnt know it was cents a little girl. So i followed them, you know, safe as i could, try to get the tag number. Smith got video of the fleeing car, using his cell phone. I knew it was cents a seven year old, i probably would have stopped him. But i was just trying the tag number, i know he had hit somebody. If i knew it was as seven year old, man, no telling what i would have done. Told the girl is in stable condition. Family members hope the person who did this will dot right thing.
