Two are still unaccounted for after an avalanche outside of aspen. Looks like seven skiers were at the top of the mountain when this all happened. Three went to the hospital. Two others were not hurt. Meanwhile emergency crews posted this of the search efforts. You can see how heavy the snow is out there. Because of these dangerous conditions, crews wont be to begin searching again until a little later. Last week, at least six died in avalanches in three states including colorado. Crews had been using explosives to prevent avalanches. Many popular areas have seen several big snowstorms meaning the normal snow packs are overloaded. Thats our fear right now. Their resources were running thin. Flames were shooting through the roof when firefighters arrived. The fire spread to the home of the stanford family, who drove to the scene after the Alarm Company called them. Telling them something was wrong. It was really awful. And our drive north, we were in gilroy, and on the drive north we saw smoke coming up. Reporter the Fire Department had to send roughly 90 firefighters to the scene. More than half the staff on duty.
