here the supreme court has over ruled a previous supreme court finding back in 2007. the supreme court found the epa does have the right to regulate carbon emissions under the clean air act. what s changed here? it isn t the law. it s the make up of the supreme court. a court that s continued to revoke fundamental right pps the right to privacy. the right to safety from gun violence, from assault weapons and the most fundamental right of all. our right to a livable planet. some conservatives were hoping the supreme court would go even further and strip the agencies sort of broader authority to curve greenhouse gas emissions. that did not happen.
