This is the coolest day of the week and warmer temperatures are going in. The pressure is high, and this system is really struggling. It did produce the rain out to concord and going highway 4 and then belthle island and then going to tracy. The system is heading in to out to the barkley ranch there. That system is making the move. We have the low 40s and 50s here. Theres a little bit of a breeze. Thats on shore. Something that we have seen here for the last four or five days.
