April 14 represents how far in 2015 women must work in order to earn what men earn in 2014. Equal pay is a symbol of how far we still have to go to achieve pay equity for women and minorities. According to the bureau of labor statistics full time employed women on average earn roughly 78 cents for every dollar men earn. I
