Judge OKs reckless driving charge against Tyrone man | News, Sports, Jobs

kstephens@altoonamirror.com HOLLIDAYSBURG A summary offense of reckless driving can be added to the traffic citations filed against a Tyrone man who allegedly engaged in a high-speed chase with a motorcyclist who crashed and died. The reckless driving charge against Brad Confer of Tyrone is expected to be addressed at Magisterial District Judge Fred Miller’s office where Confer has two pending summary traffic citations in connection with the June 1, 2019, incident. “In light of the judge’s ruling, the additional charge will be pursued,” Blair County District Attorney Pete Weeks said Monday. “But I’m not sure yet, procedurally, as to how that’s going to happen.”
