It received a 700 million loan from u. S. Treasury back in covid. We were trying to protect jobs. Were looking at a situation where those jobs will not be replaced. Teamsters jobs are not coming back. The Trucking Industry has largely moved away from unions with the exception of ups and we only have two other National Union carriers that have that are around. Those jobs are not coming back. One thing to point out, everybody talks about the 700 million loan.
