The Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg has acquitted the four police officers accused of killing Mthokozisi Ntumba during a student protest in March 2021.
The court should dismiss the murder charge against the four police officers accused of shooting and killing Mthokozisi Ntumba in Braamfontein, Johannesburg in March last year because there is no evidence in the video footage presented placing them at the scene.
A LOUD sigh of relief echoed in the South Gauteng High Court after Judge Mawabo Malangeni found the four accused in the Mthokozisi Ntumba murder case not guilty.
