The court should dismiss the murder charge against the four police officers accused of shooting and killing Mthokozisi Ntumba in Braamfontein, Johannesburg in March last year because there is no evidence in the video footage presented placing them at the scene.
The four men accused of killing Mthokozisi Ntumba will have to wait until Tuesday morning to find out if they will still face charges of murder and attempted murder.
