That is the southbound delay into interstate 10. What you are finding is all of this traffic is backed up getting right into interchange 10 and this is what the problem really is right here, we can show you with sky rider 7 once you get off the 10 you have an option to take to the northbound side, you can get onto the outer roadway, it is just the inner roadway that is closed down but that is where that inner roadway merges in right here and it is causing nightmare traffic.
