Anthony McAdoo assumed the role of the command’s senior enlisted advisor from outgoing Command Sgt. Maj. Lynice Thorpe-Noel.
Upon relinquishing her duties at HRC, Thorpe-Noel is retiring to Huntsville, Alabama.
