With one of the trade show days dedicated to new technologies and applications, IRT presented its 360 throughout the day. Leap motion, a virtual tour and an augmented reality tour, were on the program, giving an opportunity for visitors to try out these technological innovations that capture and recognize hand movements and allow 360° navigation through video. Lux Resorts & Hotels is set to open a new flagship property in Mauritius in November.
Lux Grand Baie Resort & Residences is located in the Grand Baie lagoon in north Mauritius.
The property features 86 junior suites, 20 two-bedroom pool residences, seven two-bedroom pool villas and a three-bedroom Grand Beach Pool Villa featuring direct access to the beach and its own chef.
Five food and beverage options are available on site, including beach club concept Beach Rouge, Japanese restaurant Ai Kisu, European-inspired cafe Maison Lux and an adults-only rooftop bar and restaurant called Bisou.
The property will also feature a four-floor spa and fitness area, home to thermal experiences, personal training, a wellness bar and a rooftop featuring two 30-metre running tracks and 12 workout stations.
